Who we are
BUKHAM PROJECTS AND PROPERTIES LTD (trading as BUKHAM, Bukham Systems and KleanBiz Systems) is responsible for the personal information described here. What we collect
- Enquiries: your name, email address, the service you are interested in, details about the property or question (such as property type, size, postcode area and preferred dates), how you heard about us, and whether you would like occasional updates.
- Emails you send us, and our replies.
- Technical information: our hosting provider processes IP addresses and request details to deliver the website and protect it from abuse. If a security check is shown on a form, it helps tell people from automated programs.
- The client and team area is only for invited clients and staff. If you are invited, we will give you more information about how it uses your data.
Why we use it and our lawful basis

Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We use service providers who process it on our behalf and under contract:
- Cloudflare, for website hosting, security and data storage.
- IONOS, for our business email.
- Resend, to deliver the email that tells our team about a new enquiry.
KleanBiz digital products are sold through Payhip. When you buy or download one, Payhip handles the order under its own terms and privacy notice.
International transfers
Some providers process information outside the UK. When they do, we rely on safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.
How long we keep it
If an enquiry does not lead to work, we keep it for up to 24 months after our last contact, then delete it. If you become a client, we keep records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal and accounting requirements. We keep a record of your marketing choice until you change it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, ask us to restrict or stop using it, ask for a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent for updates at any time. Email hello@bukham.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
The public website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. If you sign in to the client and team area, our sign-in provider sets the cookies needed to keep you signed in.
Changes
We will update this notice when our practices change and show the date at the top.
